Snoring can also be worsened by some medicines such as antihistamines and even sleeping pills. If possible, cut down your intake before going to bed.
Many snorers turn to operation as a last recourse after trying every available solution. But before considering going under the knife, determine first if you have sleep apnea. Snoring is a common symptom of sleep apnea. Eradicating your snores doesn’t mean that you are also eradicating the other.
